Valkyrie Squad Equipment
Valkyrie Squad has a small gear list! And we don’t need to have all of it at once, but we do need some basics.
for Novice, the first month of Valkyrie Squad, we will need:
1 yoga mat Moon Phase Yoga Mat This one has every phase of the moon on it, and duh, night court!
1 set of light ish weights. 1-5lbs Set of 2lb, 3lb, 5lb weights and rack
1 set of yoga blocks. Moon Phase Yoga Blocks (any will do, but these make me think Night Court!)
Looped Resistance Bands set of 5 looped resistance bands
During week 4 we are gonna bump it up a notch weight wise, and you’ll need a medium set of weights, 8-12lbs. Sets over 10lbs get a little spendy if you’re on a budget, but you can totally buy them individually starting at around $10 at Walmart and Target.

Who knows, maybe I’ll repeat training for an entire year? Lets see what the next 3 months are going to bring.
Blade
Blade month utilizes a lot of the same gear that we used in Novice, but with a few little additions. Nothing to break the bank, but using these will definitely help you with building up the muscle and endurance needed to box your way through the Training Ring.
You’ll need a Fitness Step Platform. If you don’t have one of these, you can use a step stool or your yoga blocks, but please use caution using the blocks because they can totally flip over on you if your movements are quick.
