My very first 1-1 Client!
I did a thing!
Okay so she's one of my friends.
Really she's like a sister to me, and I love her to the Moon. Which was maybe a small motivating factor in me feeling confident in my ability to coach someone and record videos.
So I'm fine with calling this a soft launch.
But I did it. I built out a gentle recovery plan for my sister friend so she can feel more like herself.
I recorded videos.
I built a calendar.
I created Affirmations.
I built a custom fitness program for someone.
I also kicked my own ass in my workout today, hitting back and triceps. My arms lowkey might fall off.
And then for shits and giggles I decided to do some deadlifts with my dumbbell maxed out to 40lbs. And I repped to failure.
Clearly I'm insane. It's okay though, I like it here.
