I'm here for the Difficult Women. The Crazy ones who don't listen, who don't take no for an answer. The Women who want more from their lives, and who've always been called "too much," "bossy," or "aggressive." I'm here for the Take No Shit Girls, the Hit Back Harder Queens. 

I don't believe in a world where we sit down and shut up. I believe in the one where we kick ass and take names, where we have control over ourselves and our lives. Where we hold our boundaries, Stand up for ourselves and each other, and never back down. 

Fitness isn't just physical. It's mental, it's emotional, it's powerful, and it Changes Lives.

My Training Ring

My Training Ring is my blog, and it serves as a daily record of my training, my mindset, meals, routines, and practices that help to propel me forward on my own journey. Even as a Personal Trainer, my own journey is far from over.
I also tend to update on Programs and Courses I'm building there too.
My hopes in sharing this very up close and personal account of my processes, is that it will help empower my readers, provide comfort and maybe even a few laughs along the way as I figure out what kind of badass I want to be.
